Buy Bucephalandra online in India from Anubias.in. Bucephalandra — or “Buce” — is a slow-growing rhizome plant from the forest streams of Borneo. Like Anubias it is an epiphyte: you tie or glue the rhizome to rock or driftwood rather than burying it, it needs no CO2 and stays happy in low to medium light. Its leaves are smaller and glossier than Anubias, often with a blue, green or purple sheen, which makes Buce a favourite for detailing hardscape in nano and low-tech tanks. We stock six varieties as rhizome portions, from Wavy Green at ₹299 up to Skeleton King, with Brownie Ghost, Kedagang, Catherinae and Godzilla in between. Prices rise with rarity and leaf form, so collector varieties such as Godzilla and Skeleton King cost more than the hardy, easy-going Wavy Green.
