Do you have a live-arrival guarantee?
Yes. We pack every plant carefully and stand behind it. If a plant arrives dead, send us a clear photo within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll refund you for it. As live plants are perishable, we don’t accept returns or exchanges otherwise.
How are the plants packed and shipped?
Plants are cleaned, wrapped to lock in moisture, and cushioned for transit. We ship across India via the most reliable courier for your location, and orders usually arrive within 3 days.
Do you ship across all of India?
Yes, we deliver pan-India.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay using any of the payment options shown at checkout.
How do I look after my plants when they arrive?
Unpack them promptly, rinse gently in dechlorinated water, and add them to your tank. For Anubias and Bucephalandra, attach the rhizome to wood or rock — never bury it. Don’t worry if Cryptocoryne sheds a few leaves at first; that’s normal “melt” and new growth follows. Our Anubias Care Guide has full details.
Are your plants safe for shrimp and fish?
Yes. Our plants are suited to shrimp tanks and community aquariums. We still recommend a quick rinse and your usual quarantine routine before adding any new plant to a sensitive shrimp tank.
What does “Available on pre-order” mean?
Some rarer varieties are imported to order. When you pre-order, we source the plant from our overseas nurseries; it typically arrives in around 15 days, and we’ll email you with dispatch and tracking once it’s ready.
Can I grow these plants without CO₂ or special lighting?
Absolutely. Anubias, ferns and mosses are low-light, low-tech plants that thrive without CO₂ — ideal for beginners. Brighter light and CO₂ simply speed up growth.
Do you offer returns?
As live plants are perishable, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. The one exception is our live-arrival guarantee: if a plant arrives dead, send a photo within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll refund you for it.
