Yes. We pack every plant carefully and stand behind it. If a plant arrives dead, send us one continuous unboxing video within 4 hours of delivery on WhatsApp (+91 81416 96983) or email (buyanubias@gmail.com), and we refund or replace it. The same video is needed for any other claim, such as a damaged or wrong plant, or one below its promised size grade. Photos alone are not accepted. As live plants are perishable, we don't accept change-of-mind returns.

Plants are cleaned, wrapped to lock in moisture, and cushioned for transit. We ship across India via the most reliable courier for your location, and orders usually arrive within 3 days.
