Yes. We pack every plant carefully and stand behind it. If a plant arrives dead, send us a clear photo within 24 hours of delivery and we will refund you for it. As live plants are perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges otherwise.

How are the plants packed and shipped?

Plants are cleaned, wrapped to lock in moisture, and cushioned for transit. We ship across India via the most reliable courier for your location, and orders usually arrive within 3 days.
