Description
Amazon Frogbit is one of the most popular floating plants in the hobby: round, lily-pad-like leaves sit on the surface while long roots trail down into the water column, offering shelter for shrimp and fry and rapid uptake of excess nitrates. It also softens overhead lighting, which many low-light stem and rosette plants appreciate. No substrate or CO2 needed — just good surface light and stable water. Multiplies quickly via daughter plants once established.
