Every order is packed by hand to keep your plants healthy in transit. Plants are cleaned, wrapped to retain moisture, and cushioned to protect leaves and rhizomes during the journey.
Courier: We ship via the most reliable courier for your location, so your plants travel the fastest, safest route.
Delivery time: Orders are dispatched promptly after payment and typically arrive within 3 days.
Shipping charges: Calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location.
Live-arrival guarantee
Your plants are guaranteed to arrive alive. If any plant arrives dead, email a clear photo to buyanubias@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll refund you for it. As live plants are perishable, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for any other reason.
To help your plants settle: unpack them promptly on arrival, rinse gently in dechlorinated water, and add them to your tank.
Pre-order & imported plants
Some rarer varieties are marked “Available on pre-order.” As a licensed importer, we source these from our overseas nurseries once you order. Imported plants typically arrive in around 15 days, and we’ll email you with dispatch and tracking as soon as they’re ready to send.
