Due to the perishable nature of live aquatic plants, we generally do not accept returns. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or not as described (Dead on Arrival), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will review the case and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or refund. Please refer to our detailed Return Policy on the Site for specific instructions.
